Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup developing an innovative enzymatic biorefinery platform to transform non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. The company prioritizes revenue-first enzyme production for industries like textiles and wastewater treatment, followed by the development of high-value cellulose nanofibers for sustainable materials. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, Cellumantra focuses on optimizing processes for Indian biomass, ensuring cost-efficiency, scalability, and circular manufacturing. This approach addresses environmental issues such as farm-waste burning while reducing dependency on imports.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Startup Eco-System Expert focusing on Investor Connect as a Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing strategic partnerships, building a robust investor ecosystem, and driving growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading funding initiatives, fostering relationships with investors, identifying external partnerships, and spearheading efforts to integrate the company into broader startup networks. Collaborating closely with the founding team, the Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s mission of sustainable innovation.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in integration processes, effectively tying together different aspects of the business to support growth and innovation.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Technical proficiency in software development and testing to support tech-driven initiatives and collaborations.
  • In-depth understanding of the startup ecosystem, including investment processes, venture capital, and startup networks.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a startup or innovation-driven environment is highly desirable.
  • Passion for green technology and sustainable development is a strong plus.
