Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup revolutionizing the conversion of non-wood agricultural waste into value-added industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. Our enzymatic biorefinery platform caters to industries such as textiles and wastewater treatment, prioritizing revenue generation while advancing sustainable material innovation through high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF). Tailored to Indian biomass, our technology ensures cost-efficient, scalable, and circular manufacturing processes. By fostering sustainability, we aim to mitigate farm-waste burning and reduce dependency on imports.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Startup Angel VC’s Debt Funding Consultants serving as Directors for the Biorefinery initiative. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the leadership team to establish connections with venture capitalists and angel investors. Responsibilities include developing funding strategies, identifying potential funding opportunities, and nurturing investor relationships while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission. The role also involves leveraging financial expertise to maintain funding pipelines, provide strategic advice, and guide projects towards capital acquisition for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Startup Advisory, Angel Investing, Venture Capital, and Debt Funding solutions
• Strong skills in Financial Planning, Fundraising, and Investor Relations
• Understanding of Biotechnology or sustainable materials industries is advantageous
• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Capability to work independently and in remote teams
• Insights into scaling startups and facilitating partnerships within environmental sustainability domains
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred but not mandatory
