Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance-based Marketing/Sales expert. The individual will focus on generating and converting leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and cultivating relationships with customers and industry partners to achieve revenue goals. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer experience, delivering tailored solutions, and driving market expansion for Cellumantra’s enzymatic and biomaterial products.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Retail Sales with a proven track record of achieving performance-based targets
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and provide seamless solutions to meet customer needs
- Strategic thinking and experience in creating and executing sales and marketing plans
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with green biotech or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
