Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup developing an enzymatic biorefinery platform to transform agricultural waste into high-value industrial enzymes and sustainable biomaterials. We prioritize revenue generation through enzyme production for industries like textiles and wastewater treatment, while also offering advanced cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) for eco-friendly materials. Our innovative technology is tailored to efficiently process Indian biomass, promoting scalable and circular manufacturing. By reducing farm-waste burning and dependence on imports, we are committed to creating a sustainable future.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Investors - Fundraising Consultant. The role involves identifying and engaging potential investors, preparing pitch decks and investment proposals, conducting market analysis, and effectively communicating the company’s unique value proposition. The consultant will also collaborate with the executive team to strategize, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, building lasting relationships with investors and stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires staying informed about market trends and leveraging networks to secure funding that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in fundraising, venture capital, and private equity; proven track record of raising capital for startups or similar organizations
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and preparing investment proposals/pitch decks
• Experience in business development and stakeholder management with an emphasis on fostering investor and partner relationships
• Knowledge of green biotechnology, sustainability initiatives, or working in a deep tech or agribusiness-focused startup (preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is an advantage
