Role Description

As an Investor Co-Founder with Cellumantra, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and contributing to the strategic growth of a biotechnology startup. Responsibilities include collaborating on business strategy, fundraising, and building partnerships to expand market reach. You will also act as an advisor to help enhance business operations and decision-making to amplify our impact. This is a full-time, remote role, providing flexibility while requiring hands-on involvement for scaling the business.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills to guide the growth and overall vision of the company
  • Financial acumen, including experience with investment strategies, fundraising, and capital allocation
  • Demonstrated ability to build industry partnerships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of green biotechnology, sustainability, and familiarity with industrial enzyme production or biomaterial applications
  • Commitment and passion for circular economic models and sustainable development in green technology
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience, particularly with startups, is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred
