Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup, pioneering an enzymatic biorefinery platform to transform non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. The company is focused on creating revenue-driven enzyme solutions for industries such as textiles and wastewater treatment. Through its innovative processes, Cellumantra also develops high-value cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable materials. Optimized for Indian biomass, the company provides cost-effective, scalable, and circular manufacturing solutions, helping to reduce both agricultural waste burning and dependency on imports.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an investor acting as a Co-Founder in a bio-polymer biorefinery startup. The role involves contributing to strategy formulation, engaging in high-impact decision-making, developing sales and marketing strategies, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market opportunities, fostering customer relationships, contributing to research planning, and supporting business growth through operational oversight and investment coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-based decisions
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, investors, and team members
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including building revenue-driven strategies and establishing client relationships
• Research capabilities to explore market trends, technologies, and innovative solutions
• Interest in green technologies, sustainable processes, and biotechnological advancements
• Proven business acumen and experience as an entrepreneur or in management roles are advantageous
• Familiarity with fundraising, partnerships, and financial planning in a startup environment is a plus
