Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup revolutionizing how non-wood agricultural waste is transformed into value-added industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials through enzymatic biorefinery technology. We focus on revenue-driven enzyme production for industries such as textiles and wastewater treatment, while strategically advancing into high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable material applications. Our innovation is specifically designed for Indian biomass to ensure cost efficiency, scalability, and environmental sustainability by mitigating farm-waste burning and decreasing import dependency.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Investor as Co-Founder. The role involves leading strategic financial decisions, establishing connections with investors and stakeholders, and identifying business opportunities for growth in the green biotechnology sector. The Co-Founder will play a key role in driving funding efforts, representing the company's mission, and fostering partnerships to ensure sustainable growth and global outreach of Cellumantra's biorefinery technology.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, including fundraising, financial planning, and investment management
  • Business development expertise with skills in strategic planning and stakeholder relationships
  • Vast network and proven ability to attract and manage investors
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices, green biotechnology, and industrial enzyme applications
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Deep passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious innovations
  • Experience in startup environments or as a business founder/co-founder is a plus
