Role Description

We are seeking a CSR Fund Raising Consultant to join Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. in the unique capacity of Co-Founder. This is a full-time, remote role where you will strategize and execute initiatives to secure funding support through CSR channels, donor partnerships, and other fundraising avenues. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with corporate and philanthropic partners, identifying funding opportunities aligned with sustainability goals, and creating compelling proposals to drive contributions towards the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service
• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate entities and donors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
• Understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and funding models
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fundraising projects simultaneously
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in biotechnology
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communication, Nonprofit Management, or related fields
