Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fundraising Consultant at the Director level. The consultant will manage and enhance relationships with stakeholders, oversee customer service and customer satisfaction initiatives, and develop and implement strategies for corporate sponsors and donors. The role requires creating impactful CSR proposals, delivering effective presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing targeted fundraising plans to achieve corporate financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to foster trust and build relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall customer interactions
• Proven ability to create and execute effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) fundraising strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering impactful presentations and proposals
• Strong research and organizational skills to identify and secure potential donors and sponsors
• Demonstrated leadership ability and collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in sustainability or green biotechnology initiatives is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
