Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup developing an enzymatic biorefinery platform to transform non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. Our core focus lies in producing revenue-driven enzymes for industries like textiles and wastewater treatment, alongside cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable materials. Engineered for Indian biomass, our technology ensures cost-efficient, scalable, and circular manufacturing processes, effectively reducing agricultural waste burning and reliance on imports.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ClimateTech/DeepTech Investor & Fundraising Consultant. In this role, you will lead efforts to secure funding and investment for the company's growth, developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. The consultant will build relationships with indian/global venture capitalists, private equity firms, and grant providers, and align their interest with the company’s vision. Additional responsibilities include preparing pitch decks, analyzing financial projections, and representing the company in funding discussions and events.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in climate tech or deep tech investment and fundraising strategies.
• Expertise in developing investor pitch decks, financial modeling, and startup valuation.
• Proven track record in building partnerships with VCs, private equity firms, and grant funding agencies.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify and secure potential investors and funding opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to represent the company's vision effectively.
• An understanding of green technology, sustainability trends, and relevant industries is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
