Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for AI Agents/Sales Directors at Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and building strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals. The day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, delivering product demonstrations, providing excellent customer service, facilitating team training for sales strategies, and driving new business opportunities. Your expertise will play an integral role in supporting the growth and success of the company within its specialized market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and a results-driven approach to achieving targets
• Experience in the Insurance domain and knowledge of industry trends is a plus
• Ability to train and coach teams to enhance sales performance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
