Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls during business hours
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Assist with scheduling of jobs and inspections
- Support office management as needed
- Perform all other office and organizational tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
