Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls during business hours
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone
  • Assist with scheduling of jobs and inspections
  • Support office management as needed
  • Perform all other office and organizational tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • HS diploma or equivalent
