Founded in 2009, Celena Duchscher Inc., also known as “The Roofing Experts,” is a licensed and insured roofing company proudly serving the Orlando area for over 15 years. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing services, built on a foundation of trust, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team! This is a high-earning opportunity in a rewarding, fast-paced environment. No roofing experience? No problem. We offer a structured 8-week paid training program to set you up for success — whether you're new to sales or transitioning from another field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads via canvassing, referrals, and company-provided leads
• Educate clients on roofing options, insurance claims, and the installation process
• Conduct roof inspections and create accurate estimates using company tools
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Follow up to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales or construction experience is a plus — not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
