We at CEEZER seek a Tech Lead (f/d/m) to join our fantastic engineering team. You will be core in building our product. You’ll have great responsibility, for delivering working solutions, researching, and leaving your mark from the beginning. You will closely work with the engineering and product team and focus on many exciting aspects of our business.

YOUR MISSION

  • Build a B2B Marketplace platform providing a seamless and beautiful experience for our customers
  • Assume responsibility for developing our marketplace & SaaS solution and a user interface people love to engage with daily
  • Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features and services.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Invest a significant portion of your time hands-on, developing high-quality, performant code using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, and work through permutations to always find the best solution possible

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/lead role.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
  • Experience with React or another modern frontend framework
  • Familiarity with Rest APIs
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience in both utilizing and structuring database models. Knowledge of Postgres is a plus
  • A good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
  • Strong knowledge of web security practice
  • Good understanding of Git, source control procedures, and feature branching
  • Experience with CI/CD and being comfortable working with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • It's good if you know Python, but it's not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
