Lead the Breakthrough in 6kV Ionic Wind Converters at CEDRION

CEDRION builds ionic wind and ultra-efficient high-voltage systems for space, defense, e-mobility, and climate tech. We work hand-in-hand with UPM, UC3M, and industry partners to bring lab breakthroughs to market.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead – High-Voltage Power Electronics to drive the development of 6kV / 60W DC/DC converters, coordinate R&D with universities, and own the technical roadmap.

Tasks

Key responsibilities:

• Lead design and optimization of high-voltage power converters.


• Coordinate with research groups and external collaborators.


• Oversee prototype validation and EMC compliance testing.

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• 8+ years in hardware, PCB design, and assembly.


• 3+ years in power electronics (DC/DC).


• Strategic thinker, autonomous, and innovation-obsessed.
