Equipment Operator - Solar Fence Installation

Schedule/shift:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Cedar Park Group is hiring 2 Equipment Operators for a commercial solar project. These operators will play a key role in installing fencing around a solar field using specialized equipment.

Position Overview:
The Equipment Operators will operate skid steers, rock drilling machines, and other heavy equipment as needed to install fencing around a solar field. Candidates must bring prior experience with solar projects, fence installation, and safe equipment operation.

Requirements (Mandatory & Desired):

Current Equipment Operator Certification in Massachusetts (mandatory)

OSHA 10 certification (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of equipment operator experience

Background in solar projects, specifically fencing installation

Experience operating skid steers and rock drilling machines

Ability to work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers, rock drilling machines, and other required equipment

Perform fence installation around a solar field

Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards

Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to ensure timely project completion
