The Opportunity

• Building sustainability audits and net zero carbon planning
• Sustainability/ESG due diligence reporting
• Climate risk reporting to identify building resilience and adaptations against climate change risks
• Assessing & certifying the environmental sustainability of our clients existing building portfolios
• Sustainability strategy for real estate portfolios
  

We are looking to recruit a Senior Sustainability Consultant (to be based within the Melbourne office. You are likely to have a building services and sustainability background and will work as part of a larger Pacific team, further building and expanding this growing division.

A results-orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.

As the successful candidate you will be:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Elec), or related qualification or experience in building sustainability
• Experience working with NABERS or Greenstar would be advantageous
