I’m partnering with a scaling climate tech company that’s building the data infrastructure powering the renewable energy transition. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the team and help scale their platform.


? What You’ll Do

You’ll work on the core data systems that power the product, focusing on geospatial data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance query systems.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building cloud-native infrastructure for scalable geospatial data processing
  • Developing and maintaining internal tools and ETL pipelines
  • Supporting data sourcing and processing, including AI/ML initiatives
  • Collaborating with product teams to optimise data for performance
  • Sharing your work and iterating based on feedback


? What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building reliable systems and working with data at scale.


Strong candidates will have:

  • 3+ years experience building backend systems and data pipelines
  • Strong Python engineering skills (clean, tested, maintainable code)
  • Solid understanding of databases and data architecture
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Strong English communication skills (international team)
