Customer Success Manager
I’m working with a fast-growing climate tech company that’s helping accelerate the renewable energy transition. They’re looking for a Customer Success & Growth Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships and help grow the business.
? What You’ll Do
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers and help shape how the company supports them. You’ll build relationships, collect feedback, and help translate customer needs into product and business improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships across the full customer lifecycle
- Analysing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing the implementation of customer feedback across teams
- Developing tools and processes to automate customer care
- Building and maintaining a product knowledge database
- Monitoring industry and policy developments relevant to the business
- Organising customer events, webinars, and trade fairs to strengthen market presence
- Supporting marketing tasks such as writing blog articles and planning campaigns
- Helping to define and implement marketing strategies
? What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and can think strategically while staying hands-on.
Strong candidates will have:
- 4+ years experience in customer success, sales, or product management (ideally in a SaaS or renewable energy startup)
- Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira)
- Interest in digital technologies and a basic understanding of the energy industry
- Fluent in English & German
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail
