I’m working with a fast-growing climate tech startup accelerating the renewable energy transition. They’re hiring their first Customer Success & Growth Manager, offering full ownership of the customer experience and the opportunity to build this function from the ground up.
? What You’ll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer relationships across the full lifecycle
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing support and incoming enquiries
- Lead onboarding, update and feedback calls, including product demos
- Collect, analyse and drive customer feedback into product and business improvements
- Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge hub (FAQs, tutorials, videos)
- Develop processes and tools to automate and improve customer care
- Support growth and marketing activities such as blog content, LinkedIn, webinars and events
? What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Product (ideally SaaS or startup)
- Comfortable being a first hire and shaping processes from scratch
- Strong customer focus with a hands-on, proactive mindset
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira)
- Interest in climate tech / energy
- C1/ C2 German Required
