Sales Consultant

This is a full-time door to door role for a Solar Consultant located in the DFW and Houston area. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including solar industry research, lead generation, communication with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping customers transition to clean and sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer interaction: Advise potential customers about adding solar to their homes, generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, and communicate with customers to help them understand and adopt clean energy solutions.
• Education and consultation: Provide information about solar-powered equipment, cost savings, and energy incentives to customers.
• Market research: Research the solar industry to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Customer service: Address customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus
