We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Operation Administrator to join our Marine division. This role is part of our administration back office and is dedicated to providing support across several processes in the supply chain. Key Accountabilities
- Assist in creating and updating purchase orders.
- Support invoice approval procedures.
- Arrange transport with our preferred forwarders.
- Monitor backlog and maintain communication with suppliers for various reasons.
- Oversee inbound procedures with our external warehouse partner, GEODIS.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics and complete all mandatory online trainings.
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in supply chain or procurement.
- A true team player with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
