The Role
This is a sales role. Not strategy. Not account management. Not administration.
You will work directly with the Founder, Jim. Jim is constantly creating opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and generating ideas. Your job is to take those opportunities and get them over the line.
You will own the follow up. You will own the outreach. You will own the proposals. You will own the pipeline. You will own every commercial opportunity from the first conversation through to the signed contract and revenue generation. Nothing gets left behind. Nothing gets forgotten. Nothing sits in a CRM waiting for somebody else to act.
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000
Commission:
- 10% of gross profit on all deals personally closed
- Paid monthly
- No cap on earnings

Your Mission
Sell tree planting days. Sell Shopify. Sell Carma.
Generate meetings. Create opportunities. Close deals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Following up every inbound lead within hours, not days
- Turning introductions into meetings
- Turning meetings into proposals
- Turning proposals into revenue
- Building and managing the sales pipeline
- Prospecting new businesses every week
- Creating outreach campaigns
- Activating referral opportunities
- Working directly with the Founder every day
- Keeping momentum on every opportunity
- Using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Claude and ChatGPT to identify opportunities, manage pipeline activity, create sales materials and accelerate deal progression
- Finding ways to get more meetings and more revenue
