Position


The Programmer will be responsible for developing software applications for HVAC-R systems using the company’s programming tools and platforms. In this role, the professional will also provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, when necessary, as well as deliver technical training related to programming platforms and product functionality. Additionally, the programmer will support and mentor junior programmers, contributing to the continuous development of the technical team and ensuring best practices in programming and system implementation.


Key Responsibilities


Develop applications for HVAC-R systems using the company’s programming tools

Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site when required

Deliver technical training sessions related to programming platforms and product functionality

• Support the implementation and configuration of control systems

Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and system optimization

• Mentor and support junior programmers, contributing to team development

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions


Requirements


• Technical degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields

• Higher education in Engineering (completed or in progress) is a plus

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming or automation systems Technical Skills

• Knowledge of electronic systems, control, and automation

• Experience with programming languages

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (field communication) is desirable

• Advanced English

• Intermediate Spanish

• NR-10 and NR-35 certifications
