Position


The Junior Commercial Analyst will be responsible for supporting customer relationships and commercial processes of Carel Sud America, ensuring accurate order management and effective communication with clients and internal teams. In this role, the professional will interact with key customers, manage customer data, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities. The analyst will also monitor the sales process from the receipt of purchase orders through delivery and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. This position requires a customer-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, while working closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams.


Key Responsibilities


Provide support to key customers via email or phone

Register new customers and maintain updated customer records

Identify customer needs and satisfaction levels

Prepare commercial quotations and follow-ups when required

Monitor the sales process, from purchase order receipt to product shipment and delivery

Verify and follow up on issued invoices

Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth commercial operations


Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

• Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably in inside sales or commercial support

• Basic English and intermediate Spanish

• Basic intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
