Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support the customer service team of Carel Sud America in daily activities related to customer support and order follow-up. In this role, the intern will interact with internal teams and customers, helping ensure that requests, quotations, and orders are properly handled and monitored throughout the sales process.
This position offers an opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and customer service skills while gaining experience in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support customer service activities, both in-person and via phone or email
• Assist with customer registration and database updates
• Help identify customer needs and requests and direct them appropriately
• Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial quotations
• Monitor the sales process, from order confirmation and shipment to delivery to the customer
• Assist with the organization and management of documents and administrative routines within the department
• Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure efficient customer support
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• No previous professional experience required
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and office tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
