Position

As Sales Manager you will manage the sales process of the Refrigeration business. You will support customers by promoting the high-efficiency solutions . You will join the CFM CAREL Turkey sales team based in Izmir

Your Main Tasks

  • Managing and ensuring the proper sales process in Turkey for Refrigeration Business
  • Identifying, qualifying, developing new sales opportunities in terms of customers, market and new applications niches.
  • Providing technical advice and supporting customers in the design of their solutions with a consultancy approach and converting them into a customized offer.
  • Organization of and participation to trade fairs, exhibitions and events, customer presentations, product training, customer visits and ensuring the customer proper products know-how and facilitating the adoption of the new solutions by providing proper training.
  • Being the pivot between customers’ needs and the Company organization for anticipating and achieving market expectations and targets.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Studies in mechanical or industrial engineering or a comparable technical education achieved with several years of professional experience.
  • Technical Sales experience and industry knowledge in the HVAC/R sector (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration)
  • B2B sales experience,
  • Good communication skills; English fluency i
  • Self-Motivated and long-term relations builder
