Carel UK is looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to take full ownership of a major retail account in UK. This is not a maintenance role: you will drive growth, control the account ecosystem, and act as both commercial and technical authority.

Position
Carel UK is looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to take full ownership of a major retail account in UK. This is not a maintenance role: you will drive growth, control the account ecosystem, and act as both commercial and technical authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a long-term account strategy (5–7 years)
- Protect and grow multi-million revenue and margins
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities (upgrades, optimization, OEM projects, energy initiatives)
- Manage and align OEMs, contractors, consultants, and customer stakeholders
- Lead technical and commercial discussions
- Ensure project delivery and intervene on risks
- Manage pricing, contracts, pipeline, and forecasting
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or strategic sales
- Strong background in HVAC, refrigeration, or controls systems
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Ability to handle long sales cycles and technical-commercial negotiations
- Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
