Position


We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Software Developer to join our IoT team, focusing on the development of user interfaces (UI) and the creation of consistent, brand-aligned user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, curious about UI/UX best practices, and eager to contribute to reusable component libraries and responsive interfaces for industrial applications.


In this role, you will work alongside senior designers and developers to build and evolve a design system / component library, help ensure high-quality UI delivery through automated testing, and produce clear documentation so other teams can easily adopt and extend the components you create.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build a reusable component library that reflects and reinforces the company’s brand (visual consistency, UI patterns, tokens, components)
  • Create responsive interfaces with a strong focus on user experience, accessibility and interaction quality
  • Write automated tests (unit/integration/UI) to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of the UI components and interface behaviors
  • Write clear technical documentation to enable other developers to integrate and use the components confidently and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the project team (UI/UX, product, and engineering) to translate requirements into user-friendly UI solutions
  • Follow coding best practices to maintain clean, readable and maintainable code, contributing to a healthy codebase over time


Requirements


  • Web Development: Excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS, with practical experience in at least one of the following frameworks: React, Svelte or Angular.
  • Component-Based Development: Experience in building reusable UI components and libraries for scalable applications.
  • Development Tools: Proficiency with code editors such as Visual Studio Code or WebStorm.
  • Version Control & Task Management: Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub for versioning and Jira, Trello or similar tools for task management.
  • UI/UX Prototyping: Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch to define and test UI concepts.
  • Node.js: Good knowledge of Node.js and best development practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas clearly and constructively.
  • UX/UI Principles: Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design and how to apply it to create functional and visually effective interfaces.
  • English Language: Good command of spoken and written English for communication with international teams.
