Position


The selected candidate will join the team responsible for the electrical design of electric panels for applications in the HVAC and Refrigeration markets. The role involves contributing across the entire product lifecycle within a highly cross-functional environment, with the aim of developing solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.


Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:


  • collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements, contributing to the definition of project specifications;
  • developing the electrical design of products, ensuring alignment with the required technical, quality and application standards;
  • supporting the commercial team during the quotation phase by providing the technical input needed to define the offer;
  • collaborating with the internal departments involved in development and manufacturing, helping to ensure smooth project execution;
  • following the product through industrialization and production phases, monitoring progress through to final delivery;
  • contributing to the resolution of any technical issues arising during the process, working closely with the various stakeholders involved.


Requirements


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background
  • Good english
  • Proactivity, comunication skills, teamworking
  • Knowledge of EPLAN is considered a plus
  • Share the Values of Calre Culture Code!
