Position
Joining CAREL Iberica means becoming part of CAREL Group’s direct presence in the Iberian market, serving customers across Spain and Portugal with innovative solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning, humidification and HVAC/R control systems. Headquartered in Barcelona, the subsidiary plays a key role in supporting the Group’s growth in Europe, combining the strength, expertise and innovation of a global organization with a deep understanding of local market needs. The mission of the Inside Sales OEM is to support the sustainable growth of the OEM business by managing an assigned portfolio of customers and providing commercial and operational support to the Field Sales team, ensuring effective account planning, opportunity management, forecast accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Inside sales is a key position inside the sales department with high visibility and potential career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of OEM customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer through regular communications and proactive follow-up.
- Prepare, monitor and follow up commercial offers and opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate remotely in customer business reviews meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of Account Plans.
- Coordinate and monitor action plan such as forecasting, on-time deliveries, quality regular meetings...
- Ensure customer information, opportunities and account deliveries are properly maintained and updated in CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Order Management, technical support and other internal departments to ensure effective execution of customer requirements.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support issue resolution and ensure timely follow-up of open actions.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Operations and other HQ functions to support business development, forecasting activities and customer growth plans.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong listening and relationship-building capabilities.
- Well organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
- Analytical skills with the ability to manage commercial data, forecasts and business performance indicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Previous experience in the HVAC/R sector will be highly valued.
- Spanish: native or bilingual.
- English: Fluent - regular interaction with Headquarters and international teams
