At CAREL Iberica, the commercial subsidiary for Spain and Portugal, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to strengthen our team, support existing clients, and drive growth in new market segments.

Position
At CAREL Iberica, the commercial subsidiary for Spain and Portugal, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to strengthen our team, support existing clients, and drive growth in new market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Reinforce current business and expand into new channels by promoting CAREL’s full range of HVAC/R solutions.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and technical quotations.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to ensure optimal product application.
- Represent CAREL at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand our network and visibility.
- Organize technical and commercial training sessions for customers.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, understand their needs, and present solutions.
- Collaborate with CAREL HQ teams on product launches and commercial strategies.
- 3–4 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or customer technical service in B2B sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset with a technical background, preferably in HVAC/R (Industrial Electronics, Automation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, etc.).
- Excellent learning ability and a desire to take on new challenges in a flexible and stimulating environment.
- Proactive, innovative, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
