CFO for Energy Division

Coral Gables, Florida

$150,000-$165,000 base plus up to 20% bonus

We are a leading renewable energy developer headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. We specialize in utilityscale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across North America and beyond. Our mission is to accelerate the clean energy transition through innovative development, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth. As we expand, were seeking a visionary Division CFO to lead financial strategy and execution for one of our highgrowth business units.

What we need :

The Division CFO will be a key member of the divisions executive leadership team, responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, and capital management. This role will lead all financial functions including FP&A, project finance, accounting, and investor reporting while collaborating closely with development, construction, and asset management teams.

What you need to have :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA / CFA preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5+ years in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy project structures, tax equity, and capital markets
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and financial modeling tools
