About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling solar energy developer and EPC firm operating across India, we design, finance, and commission utility-scale solar projects (5MW–500MW) for government bodies, industrial clusters, and IPPs. With an 80MW project pipeline in execution, we’re seeking a hands-on Project Head to drive on-site delivery—ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control while interfacing with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of 80MW solar PV project—from civil works and mounting structure to stringing, inverters, and grid interconnection.
  • Manage site operations, contractor coordination, and daily progress tracking to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory norms (MNRE, DISCOM, local authorities), safety protocols (OSHA equivalent), and quality benchmarks (IEC, IS standards).
  • Oversee vendor and sub-contractor performance, including milestone payments, material QA/QC, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead site handover, commissioning, and performance testing with DISCOM/SCADA partners, ensuring PPA compliance and grid synchronization.
  • Report to senior management with dashboards on KPIs: schedule variance, cost overrun, safety incidents, and equipment downtime.
