Electrical Designer - Industrial Equipment

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design and delivery of complex building projects. In this role, you will work on a wide range of facilities, including healthcare, higher education, science and technology, and workplace environments. You will be responsible for electrical system design, project coordination, and management of multi-discipline teams from concept through construction. Responsibilities: Design and develop complex electrical systems for building projects. Lead the preparation of 2D and 3D construction documents using Revit . Prepare documents, calculations, and energy modeling studies to support LEED certification . Collaborate closely with in-house disciplines, architects, and building owners throughout the design process. Plan and oversee project production processes. Perform contract administration duties, including site visits, submittal reviews, and contractor support. Manage multi-discipline engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Revit (required). Strong understanding of electrical system design concepts. Ability to design and manage large, complex electrical building systems. Solid technical foundation with the drive to grow into a lead electrical engineer and project manager. Experience across multiple building types (healthcare, higher education, science & technology, workplace, etc.) preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow through, and implement quality control measures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Relevant project experience in building electrical systems.
