We work with diverse industries to enhance sustainability, manage risks, and drive positive impact.

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a seasoned professional to join with a focus on

ESG/Sustainability advisory services.


Position: Lead Analyst ESG Advisory


Position Purpose

• Role requires the person to develop and maintain ESG product / service and support the

relationship teams.

• The role requires candidate to work in environment with diversity of work, and someone who

embraces to work both independently and in teams.

• Candidate should have research and analytical bent of mind to understand and make use of

various research reports on ESG topics and can incorporate the knowledge & understanding

in development of products and services.

• The role requires the candidate to demonstrate the high degree of problem-solving capacity

and ability to come up with innovative solutions

• Strong knowledge on concepts like ESG, climate change, ESG reporting standards, regulations


Key Responsibilities

Candidate should have min. 2-5 years’ experience of implementing sustainability programs

at corporate level or have strong consulting experience in Environment and Social aspects

• Candidate should be well versed with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such

as BRSR, GRI, SASB, IIRC, IFRS S1 and S2

• Candidate should have demonstrated experience in developing decarbonization strategy and

implemented the same in sectors like steel, cement, O&G, chemicals, metals and mining

• Candidate should have exposure in atleast two or more following areas:

- Implementing programs like LCA, EIA, SIA studies

- Net zero targets through SBTi

- Knowledge on standards – ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001

- Double materiality assessment

- ESG due diligence basis IFC PS

• Partner with across teams on developing proposals, tracking and applying to tenders and

engage with companies on various ESG related deliverables

Skill set required:

Strong domain knowledge on Sustainability, leading practices and regulations

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Intermediate to advance level Microsoft Excel and PPT skills

• Ability to multi task. Should be able to lead multiple projects and deliverables

• Ability to work Independently or within group as per project requirements
