We're hiring an ESG & Climate Associate to join our core team working at the intersection of sustainability and technology.

Your Mission

You will work closely with our development team to:

• Interpret and simplify global ESG standards (like IFRS S2, SECP guidelines, GRI, and GHG Protocol) into actionable, developer-friendly data models and workflows
• Assist in integrating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting, especially the latest IFRS S2 amendments on financed emissions and jurisdictional reliefs
• Design materiality assessment frameworks tailored to industries like textile, agriculture, and finance in Pakistan and the UAE
• Help shape dynamic ESG questionnaires and AI-powered interfaces for non-expert users

You Bring

• A degree in Environmental Sciences, Climate Policy, ESG, Sustainability, or a related field
• Strong understanding of international ESG standards (IFRS S1/S2, GHG Protocol, SDGs)
• Ability to translate regulatory language into simple, structured insights
• Interest in digital tools, data models, or working with tech teams. No coding needed, but curiosity is essential
