About the role:
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll join at a pivotal moment – helping shape our brand, craft our story, and support high-visibility marketing initiatives across digital content, events, and investor communications, while gaining hands-on experience inside a venture-backed climate tech startup. This is a full-time summer role based in New York City (4 days/week in office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of marketing content across website, social media, email, and presentations
- Assist with blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and event materials
- Help manage and grow our digital presence, including LinkedIn and newsletter campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging
- Track marketing performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement
- Support preparation of materials for industry events, partnerships, and investor communications
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), with 4 days per week in our New York City office.
- Interest in startups, climate tech innovation, and sustainability.
- Strong communication skills across platforms and audiences.
- Understanding of content analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with Powerpoint, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools preferred.
Compensation: The anticipated hourly rate for this internship is $20 per hour.
