About Carbon Equity
Carbon Equity is a digital wealth platform that seeks to mobilise private capital at a scale of billions to help solve the world’s biggest challenges, starting with climate change. We do so by democratising access to impact-driven alternative investments such as venture capital and private equity. Founded in Amsterdam, we combine a strong culture of impact, high performance, and innovation with a deep commitment to building a values-driven organization. As we scale, we are looking for ambitious, mission-aligned talent to help us accelerate the global transition to a net-zero economy.
Position: Senior Investor Relations Manager
Location: Amsterdam
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Investor Relations Manager who can inspire investors to join our mission to power thousands of climate tech solutions. In this role, you will lead our investor relations and business development efforts — engaging with family offices, foundations, and high net worth individuals who are passionate about making an impact.
You'll own the end-to-end investor journey: from building relationships and guiding investors through their decision-making process, to closing and cultivating long-term partnerships. Beyond that, you'll play an active role in scaling and professionalising our commercial processes — including data management, AI-enabled workflows, and the development of a growing range of product offerings.
If you're a skilled communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a high-performance environment and believes in the power of private capital to drive change — this role is for you.
Note: We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. As part of this commitment, we encourage individuals from all backgrounds and experiences to apply for our open positions, even if you don't meet all of the qualifications listed in the job description.
The Role & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is passionate about fundraising and comfortable navigating a high profile set of customers including successful entrepreneurs and family offices.
