We’re Hiring: SDE 2 (2+ Years Experience) – Climate Tech | Full-Time Role | Delhi NCR (In-Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a SDE 2 who is excited to build and scale products in the sustainability and climate tech space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across frontend and backend, and is curious about how products move from development to real-world deployment.

You will work closely with the founding team to build and improve core product systems used by businesses to manage sustainability and ESG data.


What You’ll Work On

  • Building and improving frontend and backend systems for our sustainability platform.
  • Developing responsive, intuitive UI using React.js / Next.js / Tailwind CSS.
  • Designing and consuming REST APIs for data-driven applications.
  • Working on backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and databases.
  • Collaborating with designers and founders on product and feature decisions.
  • Managing code through Git workflows and contributing to production releases.


What We’re Looking For:

  • ⁠Interest in system design, scalability, or performance.
  • Ability to take ownership and ship features end-to-end.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in React.js / Next.js and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Good understanding of Node.js and backend development fundamentals.
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.


Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS / GCP / Azure
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
