We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer Intern - Climate Tech


Paid Internship | ₹10,000/month stipend | 3 Months | Delhi NCR (Office)


About the Role:


We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who is excited to build innovative and scalable products in the fast-evolving sustainability and climate tech space.

This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in frontend and backend development and enjoys building products that solve real-world problems.

Whether you’ve built side projects, participated in hackathons, or worked on freelance projects what matters most is your ability to learn fast, write clean code, and ship useful products.


⚡ Priority will be given to candidates with strong Frontend + UI/UX skills.


What You’ll Work On:


  • Building and improving the frontend and backend of our sustainability platform
  • Developing responsive, intuitive, and clean UI with React.js / Next.js / Tailwind CSS
  • Designing and consuming REST APIs to power data-rich interfaces
  • Creating robust backend services using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
  • Collaborating with designers, fellow developers, and founders on product strategy
  • Participating in team stand-ups, Git workflows, and real startup-building processes


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Understanding of backend frameworks like Node.js and Express.js
  • Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL databases
  • Good grasp of CSS, Tailwind CSS, and basic UI/UX design principles
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Passion for climate tech, ESG, and building tools that create meaningful change
