We’re Hiring: ESG Research Intern – Climate Tech | Full-Time Internship | Delhi NCR (Office)


About the Role:

We are looking for an ESG Research Intern who is passionate about climate policy, sustainability frameworks, and real-world business impact.

This role is ideal for students who are curious about frameworks like BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, and Carbon Markets, and want to work closely with companies to translate sustainability regulations into actionable insights.

You will work directly with the team to support research, client deliverables, and knowledge building in the fast-evolving climate-tech space.


What You’ll Work On:

  • Conducting secondary research on ESG regulations, disclosures, and frameworks
  • Assisting in preparing client insights, pitch decks, and regulatory summaries
  • Translating ESG policies into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Developing case studies and sector-specific ESG insights
  • Building internal knowledge repositories and content around sustainability


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills
  • Interest or curiosity in Carbon Markets and sustainability frameworks
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into structured outputs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High ownership and an obsession to learn new domains and tools
