At Carbon Crunch, we’re building India’s leading compliance-tech platform for sustainability, helping industries navigate mandates like BRSR, GHG Reporting, RCO, and emerging carbon markets.


We’re looking for individuals who want to work at the intersection of climate, business, and real-world problem solving, not just theory.


What you’ll be doing:

•⁠ ⁠Researching industries and identifying companies facing sustainability and compliance challenges

•⁠ ⁠Engaging with decision-makers and initiating meaningful business conversations

•⁠ ⁠Understanding client requirements and mapping them to relevant solutions

•⁠ ⁠Driving end-to-end conversations from first outreach to proposal discussions

•⁠ ⁠Supporting partnerships, outreach campaigns, and go-to-market strategies

•⁠ ⁠Working closely with founders to refine messaging, positioning, and growth approach


What we’re looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and curiosity to understand business problems

•⁠ ⁠High ownership mindset, you take initiative and follow through

•⁠ ⁠Comfort with conversations, follow-ups, and relationship building

•⁠ ⁠Interest in sustainability, climate tech, or consulting

•⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
