We are Carbon Capture Construction, an early-stage startup developing next-generation composite materials capable of capturing CO₂ directly from the environment at low cost.

Our technology enhances the mechanical performance of precast construction products such as paving blocks and precast exterior panels, while simultaneously introducing passive CO₂ capture capacity into the built environment.


We are currently looking for a highly motivated Commercial Co-Founder to join the founding team and actively shape the venture during its formation stage, as part of a startup incubator program supported by a strong entrepreneurial network and upcoming funding opportunities.


This is a unique opportunity to become part of a high-potential climate-tech venture with access to institutional support, mentorship, and near-term investor exposure.


? What are the tasks

  • Co-create and refine the startup’s commercial and business model strategy
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, and potential customers
  • Conduct interviews and validation sessions with industry decision-makers
  • Attend Incubator workshops, networking events, and represent the startup externally
  • Collaborate in pitch deck creation and investor presentations
  • Contribute actively to the growth strategy and commercialization roadmap
  • Work closely with the technical founder(s) in shaping the company vision and execution


✅ Requirements

  • Commercial or business-related background
  • Strong motivation to be deeply involved in the creation and foundation of a startup
  • Interest in Greentech, Climate Tech, and Deeptech ventures
  • Based in Heilbronn or surrounding areas (essential)
  • Lean / Agile mindset
  • Availability to attend the TUM Heilbronn Campus for 2–3 days per week
  • Business-fluent English


⭐ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in building startups or businesses
  • Experience with carbon credits or sustainability-related business models or experience in the construction industry
  • German language skills (Ideally C1 but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience pitching to VCs, governmental institutions, or innovation programs
  • Previous exposure to VC-backed or pre-seed startup environments
