This is a full-time hybrid role for a bilingual English/Spanish Account Manager based in Tempe, AZ.

 

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and sales partners throughout the lifecycle of residential solar projects. This role is communication-heavy and involves daily outbound calls, managing assigned customer queues, and guiding customers through project milestones including design, permitting, installation, inspection, and activation.

 

The position requires close coordination with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain project timelines, and prevent escalations. Account Managers also lead recurring pipeline review meetings with sales teams, provide status updates, and ensure expectations are clearly set for all stakeholders.

Success in this role depends on organization, confidence in conversation, and the ability to explain complex situations clearly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
