Bilingual Account Manager (Solar)

Role Overview

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you are the primary link between homeowners, sales partners, and our operations team. You will manage the full lifecycle of residential solar projects—from design and permitting to final activation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume project queue, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Proactive Communication: Handle daily outbound calls to update customers and sales partners on project status.
  • Problem Solving: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve permitting or installation issues and prevent escalations.
  • Partner Support: Lead recurring pipeline reviews with sales teams to set clear expectations.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills; confident in explaining complex processes to customers.
  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Tempe, AZ.
