Position Overview
Capital City Solar is seeking experienced Solar Energy Consultants who know the industry and want to work with a company that values ethics, quality, and long-term customer relationships. This is an outside, commission-based role supported by an in-house operations team with over 24 years of solar experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home and on-site solar consultations
  • Review utility usage and design tailored solar and battery solutions
  • Present proposals and close qualified customers
  • Manage your pipeline from contract to install with full back-end support
  • Maintain professional, transparent communication with customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior solar electric outside sales (required)
  • Strong closing and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to self-generate and work company-provided opportunities
  • Professional presentation and follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Support

  • Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
  • Weekly payroll
  • Optional commission advance available
  • Experienced design, permitting, and install teams — no hand-holding required. We will install projects with our top notch team and allow you to focus on sales and referrals
