Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a 12-month contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the HR functions in a dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.- Job Posting and Sourcing: Help post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems. Source candidates through proactive outreach and job board research.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, feedback, and status.
- Offer Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain professional communication and support to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing recruitment reports, maintaining recruitment files, and handling other administrative duties as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met and deadlines are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Workday ATS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to support team members and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
