Summary(Night Shift Sit-Down Forklift Operator)

As a sit-down forklift operator at Canadian Solar, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. Located in the United States, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient movement within our facilities. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sit-Down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular counts.
• Assist with order picking and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to OSHA standards to ensure workplace safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sit-down forklift operator or similar role.
• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
