Production Operator (Night Shift)

Summary

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Canadian Solar as a Manufacturing Associate located in the US. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide premium solar energy solutions by ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of solar PV modules on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks as needed.

• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
