Main Responsibilities
- Translate and format documents: Use our integrated tools to translate product and technical documentation, and make sure everything looks clean and consistent.
 - Check quality: Review documents for clarity, accuracy, and formatting before they’re shared.
 - Keep things organized: File and maintain documentation so the team can always find what they need.
 - Work with others: Communicate with team members across regions to keep documentation up to date and aligned.
 - Support with updates: Help manage version control and routine updates to documentation.
 
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, International Communication, or a related field.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
 - Enthusiastic about modern energy technologies and eager to work on real-world applications
 - Previous experience in documentation, technical writing, or administrative support through internships or student jobs is a plus.
 - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
 - Available to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with increased availability during breaks preferred.

- Onsite in Munich (20 hours per week)
 
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, International Communication, or a related field.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
 - Enthusiastic about modern energy technologies and eager to work on real-world applications
